Johnnie Raye Moore, age 80, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on October 14, 1932 in Rochelle, LA to John & Emma Moore. Survivors include her son, Lamar Franklin Jr.; grandson, John Caleb Franklin; sisters, Fay Poisso & husband, Stanley, Donna Welch, Robbie Lou Torres & husband, John and Emma Sue Ayala & husband, Roger; brother, Carl Peters & wife, Mayme; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, November 16, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leon Suggett officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
