John Anthony Villarreal born on February 5, 1966 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on December 3, 2014 at the age of 48. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Lucas Villarreal and his sister, Mary Lou Villarreal. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Aguilar-Villarreal; sons, John Anthony Villarreal II and Daniel Lucas Villarreal; mother, Mary Gloria Villarreal; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Luis and Esperanza Aguilar; sisters, Monica Valdez, Cecilia Villarreal and Jessica Landrum; also, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was a very loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan and passed his passion for his team to his beloved sons. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph (So. San) Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
