John Joe Villarreal

John J. Villarreal was called home to be with the Lord, on September 12, 2014 at the age of 47, from complications due to a motor vehicle accident that took place in July 01, 1987. He is preceded in death by his father Juan J. Villarreal, maternal grandparents Olivia & Madrid Gonzales, paternal grandparents Carpio & Eloisa Villarreal, uncles; Ernest Gonzales, Roger Gonzales, Bob Gray and Carpio Villarreal. John is survived by his loving mother Susie G. Villarreal, sister Beatrice Villarreal, nephew Roy Villarreal, aunts & uncles; Roy, Fred, Maria, Maria Ester, Lina, Janie Gonzales, Sarah Gray, Sulema and Felipe Villarreal(Becky), numerous cousins and other relatives. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd., San Antonio, Texas with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Interment to follow at Blue Bonnet Cemetery in Somerset, Texas. . In lieu of flowers, family requested donations to be made to Texas Community Bank for a Memorial Scholarship Fund in Honor of John’s name.
