John “Jack” McMahon was born in Pittsburgh, PA to John & Noreen McMahon and passed away on November 25, 2022 in Overland Park, Kansas. Jack’s passion of principles of motion, energy and force began in the Judson High School Automotive Technology program. He went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jack is survived by his siblings, Tara, Thomas and Lara; nephews Kile Adams and Richard Guilford II and great-grandniece Abrielle Adams. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary recited at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
