Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Miguel Garcia and Esther, daughters Belinda and Eva Garcia, grandson Michael Rodriguez, siblings Reymundo Garcia, Lydia Combe, Betty Dehoyos, Emma Xjimenez, Micale Garcia.
He is survived by his wife Ofelia Garcia, children Edna Villarreal, Adolf Garcia, Frank Garcia, Mary Esther Garcia, Isabel Rocha, Joe Garcia Jr., stepchildren Frank Esquivel, Alma Esquivel, Veronica Oyervides, Monica Torres, Rafael Alvarez Jr., 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A visitation for Joe will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Trevino Funeral Home with interment to follow at San Jose Burial Park, 8235 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78214.
