So sorry for family in passing of this very sweet, gentle man. I was honored to work with him in court security. I have fond memories of him.

my grandpa was preting me and my sisters all the time and we all miss him so much. 

Joe was one of the first people I met when I began working at the courthouse.  He was the bailiff in the court I worked in, till his retirement.   He was always a pleasure to be around and was such a caring and generous man.   There’s no doubt he touched so many people’s lives in that building.  I personally will always have very fond memories of him and his jolly personality, smile and laugh.   I pray for his family during this difficult time.  He was so proud of his children and grandchildren, as he spoke of them often.

I am devastated to hear the passing  of one ,if not My best friend from My days as a Bailiff with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office Court Security Division. 
Joe and I worked together on many assignments within the BCSO as well as part times, Weddings, parties, special functions throughout Bexar County and His favorite The Stock Show and Rodeo!
All good times,! Joe was ALWAYS positive about life and a very hard and dedicated Officer! I will miss Him dearly   and know we will meet again some day!
My prayers and deep condolences goes out to His family and to His dear Mother Mama Ramos!

My grandpa joe Espinosa will always be remembered but he may be in heaven but mostly in my heart he is in a better place now it was just to soon for him to go and remember he is always watching over his family

Joe was a great person and friend which i had the pleasure of working with for several years at Bexar County Sheriff's Department he will truely be  miss, i always enjoyed seeing and talking with him when i ran into him at work. Prayers and my family condolences go out to his family...

Dad I can not describe the sadness that my heart feels. However I know you are with God because of the love you had in your heart and the goodness of your soul. The times that we shared and your unwavering love for me will never be forgotten. Your love and kindness will continue to live the day my Son is born and I will strive to keep your memory alive in him as he will carry your name. It was an honor to call you my Father.  Everyday I see the sun I will see your smile and every day I feel the wind I will feel your embraces. I will cherish our memories and be the best person I can be and remember how you raised me. Thank you Dad I will love you always. 

So sorry to hear we lost a great brother in blue and a great friend. We worked together for many years until Joe went to work at court security, he always had a smile on his face.  Joe and I were both members of the BCSO Honor Guard, rain, sleet, cold or hot, I could always depend on Joe to be right there with me. Joe will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace my brother.💙🙏🏻😢

One of the nicest good spirited guy I have ever known. Wished I spent more time with him. Many memories I have of him when we worked together at the BCSO.
