My sincerest sympathies to the Maldonado family during this time of sorrow.  Chuy was a wonderful classmate in Corpus Christi and will be fondly remembered and missed.

Jesus you will be missed. Chuy you were a one of a kind. THe laughter and friendship you had for everyone you met was contagious. Chuy you made my time at SWBT a true learning experince. Our condolences to the Maldonado Family.

Jessie was a good friend since our junior high days at Wynn Seale JHS in Corpus Christi, TX.  A group of us Gilbert , Ray , Raymond "Porky. Eddie , Rosie, Ester, Julia,  and some others were always sharing some good clean times at WS.  He will remembered as a true "Buckaroo."

My thoughts and prayers are with the Maldonado family.  It was an honor to be a friend of Jesse Maldonado at Wynn Seale.  His smile and friendly demeanor were contagious.

"Jesse - may you rest in peace and continue to live in the hearts of your friends and family.  The memories will continue to be a lasting legacy to your friendships throughout life.  May God Bless Rose, Jay, Bella, Gibby and Paula and speed their healing in this time of sorrow."

Although I had not seen Jesse since our school days at Wynn Seale and Ray, his warm smile and friendliness will be remembered.

As we look back of the life of my uncle, Jesse Maldonado,we see a wonderul man. A man who lived life to the fullest and left behind so many memories that I will keep close to my heart. To my Uncle, family and friends came first. Growing up,I remember looking forward to going to his house for an old fashion BBQ party. My Aunt rose in the kitchen cooking away and my Uncle Chuy behind the grill.He was the life of the party,full of laughter,a smile I will never forget. I saw a family man who kept his family at reach. He never missed a ball game his sons played in .He loved my aunt Rose,his children and grandchildren so much.Losing my Brother and Father, I feel your pain and sadness. Each day will slowly ease that pain. Imagine how beautiful and peaceful Heaven must be and all the open arms of the Angels that welcomed him. He is with God and reunited with those he loved, who have also passed on. However his spirit will never leave you. With Deepest symathy to my aunt and cousins. I'm sorry I was not able to be there, but I am thinking of you and remembering my Uncle Chuy and how blessed everyone was to have him in their lives.You are in my prayers during this time of sorrow.

My deepest condolences go out for the passing of an old friend. We were friends since very early elementary school. I was deeply saddened by such unpleasant news. He will be missed by many.

I am so saddened to hear of Jesse's passing. I worked with Jesse at AT&T in San Antonio for about 16 years and he was cool. He was a good employee and a good Union member of Local 6150. I will always remember his helpfulness and support. Heaven has a new citizen and he will keep them laughing and hopping, maybe even play pool. I will miss you Jesse and I pray for your family that our Heavenly Father will give them the strength and peace they need at this time.  I saw the pictures of your family and they are beautiful.

Dear Maldonado Family:

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved.  There are never any right words to express how deeply sad I am for the pain your family is enduring at this difficult time.    

Although I did not have the honor and pleasure of knowing him, as Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I am sincerely thankful for his valiant service in defense of our rights and freedom.

His commitment to family, friends, our community, and to serving our great nation leaves a wonderful legacy.  May the love and the wonderful memories you shared with him help you when you need it most. He will never be forgotten, and your family will be remembered in my prayers.

Rest In Peace Brother Chuy Maldonado. Our prayers and thoughts go out to you Rose, Bella, Jay, Paula, Gibby & grandkids and also Chuy's brother Juan and sisters Sara, Ana & Eve.  Chuy was like a big brother to me.
Jesus grew up on 16th St. in Corpus Christi, just a few blocks from Wynn Seale JHS. Served his country in the US Marine Corps and fought in the Vietnam War during the late 1960's. We started working for Southwestern Bell Tel. Co. (now AT&T) in 1972. Chuy retired from AT&T. Chuy loved his family very much. Jess was one of guys that started the SBC softball workcenter league in the early 1970's. It was a family affair when ever we had softball games and tournaments all over the state. Family always came first to Chuy. He always made sure everyone was having fun. He cooked a mean BBQ, just the best. He loved sports. He was a great bowler, tennis player, golfer, pool player, and a great fisherman. He loved fishing. But most of all Jesus Maldonado was a GREAT FRIEND, We'll miss brother...
