Jerry V. Perez, Sr. went to be with the Lord, March 22, 2011 at the age of 58. He is preceded in death by his Father Clemente Perez; brother Daniel Perez; son in law Rolando Santillan and granddaughter Dayzee Marie Perez. Mr. Perez is survived by mother Guadalupe Perez; loving companion Sylvia Salazar; children Jerry Perez Jr., Mark Anthony Perez, Rosalie Perez, Delia Santillan, Jose Clemente Perez, Dolores Perez; step children Stephanie Puente, Allison Salazar, Samantha Salazar, Joshua Salazar; brothers and sisters Sylvia Perez, Clemente Perez Jr., Diana Perez, Leticia P. Ramirez, Ismael Perez, Mario Perez; 17 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A visitation will begin, Saturday, March 26, 2011, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. A prayer service will be recited Sunday, March 27, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A chapel service will be held Monday, March 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with interment to follow in First Memorial Burial Park.
