Jean P. Everett

She was born to Jeanie Mele and Salvador Palermo. She is survived by her husband Jerome Everett of 51 years, son Jeff (Hector), daughter Kim Pacanins (Patrick), two grandchildren Larson and Sofia, and 9 siblings and loving dog Bella. Jean was affectionately called Mama Jean by her grandchildren and others.

She was seen as a mama to these kids. Jean loved to travel in the US and abroad, spend time at our vacation home in South Padre Island, and hang out with her many friends. Jean was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking Italian food. She loved flowers, enjoyed decorating, and making arts and crafts. Jean had a laugh that was contagious which will be missed by many.

A Visitation for Jean will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218, followed by a Committal service at 1:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Park.
