Jay Rutt passed quietly into the hands of God on Tuesday, February 6, 2007. He was a lifetime member of Woodlawn Christian Church; as well as a past JP of Precinct # 2 and a life member of the Justice of the Peace and Constable Association.
He will be missed deeply by many caring friends and fellow employees.
