MSgt James L. Scott passed away on July 19, 2023 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife: Yoshiko Scott; children: Dawn Albert (Bryan), Billy Scott (Michelle); grandchildren: Miranda Albert, Justin Monita (Kathy), Garrett Monita, Carlie Monita; great-grandchild: Beckham.
James was a loving husband, father and grandfather who adored his family dearly. James retired from the US Air Force where he was proud to serve his Country. He loved fishing, watching sports, especially College Football. He was a huge Texas Longhorn fan. He loved tabasco sauce and black pepper. James was famous for his catchphrase “Just Sayin’”.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 9am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach, San Antonio, TX 78209.
