James Daniel Fink, Sr., age 84, passed away on October 20, 2023 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on September 30, 1939 in Bay City, Texas. James was a talented remodeler who owned his own construction business. He loved fishing and was very generous to those who knew him. James was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.
James was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Carolyn Marie Fink. He is survived by his children, Tammie Diane Holt, Pamela Sue Fink, and James Daniel Fink, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Holt and Travis Jorgensen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 6th from 10 am-12:00 pm in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with the Funeral Service to be held at 12:00 pm. The Committal Service will be at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery at 1:30 pm with Navy Honors.
