Irene Ruth Casey, age 93, passed away August 17, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 27, 1922 to William and Marie Bourgeois Westrup. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward F. Casey. She is survived by her daughters, Darlene Young, Dixie Pena and husband Edward, Patricia Ramirez and husband Oscar and Elizabeth Casey; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; brother, William Howard Westrup. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Saturday, August 22, 2015 beginning at 3:00 P.M. with a rosary at 5:00 P.M. The funeral procession will depart Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. for a graveside service at 10:30 A.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
