

She and her late husband, Robert W. Warren, were married for 55 years, lived in Ellinwood, Kansas from 1946 to 1975, where they owned and managed an independent telephone company.
In 1975, they moved to San Antonio to be nearer their families in Texas. She loved her Lord and family most of all, but enjoyed reading, traveling, playing cards and bingo.
She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and served as a volunteer at South West Texas Methodist Hospital for more than ten years. Bob and Louise were charter members of the Dominion Country Club.
In 1999, she moved to Patriot Heights Retirement Community where she lived until her death.
Survivors include her daughters,
Vicki and husband, Richard Arbuthnot of Houston, TX, Connie and husband Dr. Larry Manning of Temple, TX; 6 grandchildren, Robert and wife Serena Manning of Ingram, TX, Jane Arbuthnot of Houston, TX, Julie Harrison and husband Britt of Baton Rouge, LA, Mark and wife Margo Manning of Dallas, TX, David Arbuthnot of New York City; Kristyn and husband Trey Chambers of Austin, TX; 7 great grandchildren, Troy, Jo Del, and Jay Manning, Barrett and Blake Chambers, Megan and Cooper Manning.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and her great grandsons.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the excellent care their mother received from Dr. Randall Bell, Ewe Pontius, Oscar Ramirez and South West Texas Methodist Hospital and Health South Personnel and those at NBA Patriot Heights Skilled Nursing Facility that participated in her care giving.
