Henry Joseph Lessner Jr., a WWII veteran, passed away on September 7, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born to parents, Henry Joseph Lessner Sr. and Bessie Irene Schafer in Baltimore, Maryland on March 17, 1919. Henry Joseph Lessner Jr. is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Margaret Louise Shaub; his sister, Betty Chenoweth; his children, Henry Joseph Lessner III (Nancy), Cheryl King (Paul Scott), and Anita Allen (Randy), six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Ana Reyna and Alamo Hospice for the excellent care they provided.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 3:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home with entombment to follow.
