Helen Garza Ruiz, went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2014. She was a proud member of the 1955 graduating class of Fox Tech High School. She worked with the TX Employment Commission for 30 years retiring in 1994. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Jose Luis Ruiz, daughters Cheryl Garcia, Jennifer Perez (Roland), grandchildren Christopher Garcia, Jaclynn Flores, Derek Montoya, Clarissa Perez, Felipe Perez, great grandchild Marisol Cisneros. A visitation will be held on Thursday October 2, 2014 from 5-9 pm with service at 7 pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10am at El Sendero Assembly of God, 5408 Daughtry Dr. San Antonio, Texas 78238. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
