Guadalupe Melendez, beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, went to be with our Lord on February 25, 2011 at the age of 60. She is survived by her mother, Julia P. Robles, son; Gaspar Melendez, Sr., grandson Gaspar Melendez , Jr., siblings; Sally Jarrett and husband Douglas, Julie Rodriguez, Jose P. Rodriguez and wife Rachel, Isabel Bassat and husband Robinson, Eliseo Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez and wife Susie, Juan Rodriguez, Alberto Rodriguez and wife Blanca, numerous loving nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 N. Main Ave. from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Monday, February 28, 2011 with a Rosary being recited this same evening at 7:00pm. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00am, also at the funeral home, on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 with Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
