Gloria Garcia Ynman laid down to rest at the end of the day and awoke to the welcoming arms of Jesus on December 31st, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband Peter Ynman, Jr., son Fernando Ynman and brother Abelardo Garcia, she is survived by her son and daughter and their spouses, Mario (Marty) and Linda Ynman (née Cavazos) and Rose Marie (née Ynman) and Dan Alvarez, her grandchildren; Amy Amshey (née Ynman), Lon Jett IV, Damian Ynman, Lisa Hernandez (née Jett), Peter J. Ynman, Fernando Ynman and their spouses, and numerous great grandchildren.
Gloria led a full, rich, and active life full of family cookouts, a career in garment sales, and an entrepreneurship in eyeglass ware. She had an outgoing and friendly personality which attracted countless friends to her that stayed for a lifetime. And she enjoyed many, many weekends at her favorite place to rejuvenate and refresh, Canyon Lake.
