George was born and raised in New York, but Texas was his home. He proudly served our country in the Army for several years, and was a Korean War vet. One of his crowning accomplishments was building the foundation for the World Trade Center.
George was a very loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. George was the "watchdog" for his neighborhood. He loved his red wine, and owned an incredible movie collection.
George leaves behind his wife Gloria; his daughters, Debra Roman and husband Felix, and Mary Turner and husband Gary; his grandchildren, Angela Roman, Tylermarie and Erik Turner; a sister, Rose Fantozzi, and many loving neighbors and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 21, from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
