Geneva Lee Scott

Geneva Lee Byrd Scott born 10/4/1928 in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord 3/28/2020. She was an exceptional wife, mother and grandmother. Married on June 12, 1946 to Wayne Scott, she and her husband of 58 years together owned a clothing store in Cleburne, Texas, a shoe store in Beaumont, Texas and a bookkeeping and income tax business in San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi, Texas. She was a member of Eisenhauer Road Baptist Church for over 50 years. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Dovie and Coy Byrd, her husband Wayne Scott, her sisters Merta Elizabeth Byrd and Melba Crowley and her brother Bobby Byrd. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Cretaro and her sons Arlie and Geoffrey Scott. She’s also survived by three grandsons, Shea Scott, Jeremy Scott and Coy Scott, one granddaughter Stephanie Sieckenius and one great granddaughter Genevieve Sieckenius. A Christian woman of the highest integrity, kindness and selflessness she will be missed by all.
