Francisco Gomez

Francisco Gomez born on October 4th 1949 in Carrizo Springs, TX went to be with the Lord on July 9th 2017. He is preceded in death by his father Jose A. Gomez. He is survived by his mother Manuela M. Gomez and his beloved wife Herlinda; his children Maria C. Garza, Francisco Gomez Jr., Joe Dian Gomez, Marisela Gomez, Patrick Cesar Gomez, Linda Palomo, Elizabeth Gomez and Jovanica Gomez; 22 Grandchildren; Numerous Great Grandchildren; his siblings Macario M. Gomez, Jose M. Gomez, Jose A. Gomez and Maria del Rosario Rodriguez.

He enjoyed music and dancing. A very hard working man and family oriented. Francisco was a people person and loved to watch old western movies. He was a jokester at heart and enjoyed good times and cold beer. He was named after Pancho Villa. Francisco will truly be missed by his family and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Monday July 17th at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. A Funeral Procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. An Interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery, Von Ormy Tx.
