Flossie A. Allen, born on March 16, 1927 in Lacost, Texas, was called home to be with the Lord, on September 15,2016 in Fredericksburg, Texas at the age of 89. Flossie was survived by her daughters Judie Allen-Heine & husband Don Heine, Jackie Rigsby & Joey Decker, granddaughters; Kelly Rigsby & Tammy Rigsby, great grandchildren; Hayden EW Mansfield, Cody Witzel & wife Shawn, Candra Rigsby, and Candis Riojas, great-great grandchild; Briana Rigsby and two nieces; Diane Moeller Joes and Dana Moeller. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 after a 10:00 a.m. Chapel Service with Interment to follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
