Evelyn Joyce Sandoval

Evelyn Joyce Sandoval, dedicated servant of Jehovah God since 1958, born February 12, 1927 in Southport, Lancashire, England entered into rest on June 26, 2013 at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Sandoval, Jr.; parents, Margaret and Benjamin Jones and grandson, Michael Jason Sandoval. Mrs. Sandoval met her loving husband during World War II and after a short courtship they were married June 23, 1944. In March 1946, along with her son, Walter, she began her journey to her new home in Texas. She traveled on the Queen Mary across the sea to New York and by train to San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her children, Walter Manuel Sandoval, Nestor Sandoval and wife, Eloise; Raymond Sandoval and wife, Alma; David Sandoval, Herminia Sandoval Zamudio and Margaret Jones Sandoval; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; also, many other relatives who reside across the sea in England. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. and a Memorial service at 7:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday June 30, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday July 1, 2013 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in San Jose Burial Park.
