Esteban P. Diaz

Esteban P. Diaz, born on November 19, 1952 in Cotulla, TX was called to be with the Lord on November 8, 2018 at the age of 65. He is preceded in death by his parents, Santos Diaz and Julia Perez; other siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Juanita C. Diaz; children; Robert Nunez, Laura Halvorson and husband, Trevor; Patricia Shoemake and husband, Jon; grandchildren, Stephanie Martinez (Jesse), Andrea Berlanga (Andrew), Lauren Halvorson (Adrian), Ana Lisa Nunez (Jonathan), Madison Halvorson (Austin) and Nikolas Nunez (Gayle); great grandchildren, Audree, Nevaeh, Emma, Ava, Ethan, Lazareth, Timothy, Elijah, Andrew and Princeton; sister, Pauline Wicker, brothers, Ignacio Diaz and Julio Diaz; special nieces, Julie Tanzola and Melanie Huntimer; also, many other nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Jude Catholic Church, 130 S. San Augustine, San Antonio, TX 78237. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
