His sense of humor and love will be missed.
He is preceded in death by his mother Natalia G. Moreno, and father Ramiro I. Moreno.
He is survived by his sisters Leticia G. Moreno, Debra Garza, and Lisa Campos, brothers Abel Moreno, Robert Moreno, Sr. and wife Diana, Henry Moreno and wife Carol, numerous nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, numerous extended family members, and a lifetime of friends.
