Eric Alexander Mendez, age 31, went to be with the Lord on February 27, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on March 18, 1982 in San Antonio. He was a loving son, grandson, nephew, uncle and friend who will be dearly missed.
Eric is survived by his parents, Guillermo & G. Blandina Mendez; grandparents, Frank & Elida Silva; brother, David Mendez & wife Jennifer; 3 uncles, Johnny Silva & wife Helen, Ralph Silva & wife Olga and Abel Mendez & wife Stella; 3 aunts, Beatrice Brewer, Adele Hernandez and Elody Mattie; cousins, Rene Silva and Gabrielle Canales; numerous nieces, 1 nephew, other cousins & relatives.
Visitation will be 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2014 followed by a 7 p.m., Rosary at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be 9 a.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
