Eric Alan Leah

Eric Leah, age 32, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 12, 2017. Eric was a loving husband, father, brother, son and friend to many. Eric was born in Peoria, Illinios, but was a lifelong resident of San Antonio. He cherised life, family and was extermely proud of being a new dad. He loved to grill and smoke meat, enjoyed craft beer, disc golf, doing projects to improve his home and avidly followed his three favorite sports teams, Da Cubs, Spurs and Steelers. Eric worked as a salesman for Mexcor, where he earned top salesperson honors in his inagural year, 2016. He is survived by his wife Amanda Jasso and baby daughter, Eden Louise, of San Antonio. He is also survived by his parents, Michael and Rebecca Leah of Helotes, as well as his brother Kyle Leah of San Antonio. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Katheryn and Orville Eden and Robert Leah. A memorial service will be held at Forest Hills Presbyterian Church, 13200 Bandera Rd. Helotes, TX on Saturday, May 27th at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for baby Eden’s future has been established.
