Eloisa C. Maldonado, beloved mother and sister, entered rest January 26, 2011 at the age of 88. She was born to Sotero and Maria Covarrubias on December 1, 1922 in Seguin, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carlos Maldonado. She is survived by daughters: Janie C. Maldonado of Austin, TX, Yvonne Maldonado, Josie Maldonado, Yolanda Maldonado; sisters, Gregoria C. Gallegos and Adelita C. Sierra; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends. The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 31, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m.. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 1, 2011 to celebrate a 10:00 a.m. Mass at the San Fernando Cathedral.
