Elisa R. Zamarron, of San Antonio, Texas, went to be with our Lord on March 13, 2022, at the age of 85. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 27, 1936 to Valentine and Petra Ramirez. She was married to Ignacio G. Zamarron for 26 loving years. Elisa worked in Civil Service for Kelly Air Force Base and enjoyed ceramics, sewing and stained glass. She is preceded in death by her husband Ignacio G. Zamarron; her parents, Valentine and Petra Ramirez; sisters, Gloria Falcon, Margaret Aguillen and Crestina Coronado. She is survived by her children, Sandra Miguel and Trish; grandchildren, Jennifer Daryl and Lauren; great grandchildren, Ruben Jr., Cataleya and Perseus. Elisa will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
A visitation for Elisa will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A rosary will occur Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A chapel service will occur Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM at 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. An interment will occur Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
