Elisa Z Rodriguez

Elisa Z. Rodriguez, 86, of 324 Pendleton Avenue, passed away March 28, 2021. She was born in San Antonio Texas on May 04, 1934 to Eustolio Rodriguez and Guadalupe Zamora. She was married to Manuel F. Rios for 31 years. Elisa was a hard worker and self-supported her six children. --George C. Vaughn, Bark L., Las Cazuelos. She was born and raised a Catholic and converted to a Christian with Freddy Garcia Victory Outreach where she would teach Bible school. Then later went to Last Chance Ministries where she made great friends with Esquivel and Alejandra Mendoza and Jose Garza. She enjoyed camping, dancing, long trips, and having family gatherings. She was preceded in death by her parents Eustolio and Guadalupe Rodriguez; her husband, Manuel F. Rios, her son Eustolio R. Rios; her brothers, Ernest Rodriguez, Danny Rodriguez; her sister's Olivia R. Ramirez and Guadalupe Huerta; and her granddaughter Norma Jean Rios. She is survived by her son's and daughters Manuel R. Rios, Shirley Rios Ruiz, Ernesto (Delia) Rios, Diana Rios Hernandez, Daniel R. Rios and Peter (Virginia) Rios, and her Rosa Box. 5 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, 15 great granddaughters, 12 great grandsons, 5 great great granddaughters, 2 great great grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews.
