On November 15, 2015, Elisa C. Rangel, 74, passed into God's loving arms. Born on April 13, 1941. Elisa is survived by her siblings Margarita Torres, Rodolfo, Alfonso, Patricio, Argelio, and Fausto Cuellar, her son Christopher Cortinas, and her grandchildren Abigail, Alexandra, and Jacob Cortinas. Elisa was loved by all her family and her many friends. Elisa's kindness, humor, and love will be forever missed.
