Elida Montez Garcia born on October 17, 1920 in San Antonio TX was called to be with the Lord on July 1, 2014 at the age of 93. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guillermo Garcia. She is survived by her sons; Narciso Bill (Valencia), Raul, Julian (Leticia), Luis, Joe (Diana), Gregory, and Gary; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; also, numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday July 9, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
