Eliasar "Alex" N. Gaitan

Mr. Gaitan realized that he had the skill and agility to work with his hands. When Eliasar wasn't busy providing for his family, he was often playing golf. As an avid Texans football fan, Mr. Gaitan would always be ready for the games. In his lifetime Eliasar knew what was important and although he had many hobbies, spending time and helping his family was principal.

He is preceded in death by his wonderful parents Carmen and Jesus Gaitan; his beloved granddaughter Jacqueline Garcia; his brother Henry Gaitan; his sisters Patsy Elsberry, Mary Keating and Elvira Gaitan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Irene Gaitan; children, Janet Garcia, Gloria Gaitan, Melissa Cardenas (Benny), Jesse Gaitan (Diana), Breana(Michael), Alec Saucedo (Catherine) and Jonathan; brothers, Frank Gaitan (Mary), David Gaitan (Belinda) and Paul Gaitan (Joannn); sister, Carmen Sampson (Bruce); grandkids, great grandkids as well as numerous family and friends. Eliasar will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

There will be a Visitation held Friday, January 26, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. followed by the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.
