Dorothy Hannah Murray, born December 1, 1925, was called home by the Lord on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the age of 86. She was born to Charles Edgar and Curah (Hawkins) Hannah in Albion, OK. Dorothy was a 20 year civil service employee at Fort Sam Houston. She was a third generation Pentecostal; a woman of strong Christian faith and a devoted wife and mother. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 27 years, SFC Charles R. Murray; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Connie M. Mendez and husband Elias; sons, Dennis R. and D. John Murray; and her nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday September 16, 2012, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 12:00pm at Sunset Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
