Dominga O. Serrano was born on June 25,1939 in San Benito, Texas. She went to be with the Lord on August 7, 2020, at the age of 81.
Dominga is preceded in death by her husband Frank Serrano Sr., whom she was married to for 40 years.
She is survived by her two daughters, Veronica Serrano and Gracie O. Serrano. She had a total of 3 grandchildren: Michael P. Arce, Candy M Vasquez, and Rigoberto Sustaita Jr.
She loved playing bingo, loteria, and cooking. She was always the best chef in the family. She loved going out to eat that was her passion once she got older and didn't cook anymore. Everything was made from scratch and love. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was always the loud one everyone knew when she was talking because we could hear her outside. The house will never be the same because the main one of the family has left us. She was our glue.
