Dolores G. Martinez

Dolores G. Martinez was born on January 22, 1939 in San Antonio, TX and was called to be with The Lord on October 6, 2019 at the age of 80. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Francisco Martinez and Sophia G. Hernandez; daughter, Terry Jean Hammer; siblings, Frank Martinez, Tony Martinez, Steve Hernandez, Ignacio Hernandez and Teresa Flores. Dolores is survived by her children, Roseanna Rothery and Jerry Hammer (Blanca); siblings, Gilbert Hernandez, Jesse Hernandez and Rachel Aguilar; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 7:00 that same evening at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. The Mass of the Resurrection will be at St. James Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209.
