Diana F. Tamez

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Diana F. Tamez. She was born June 8, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas and called to our Lord on June 3, 2022 at the age of 69 years old. She was married to Reynaldo Tamez for 50 loving years. Diana enjoyed shopping, playing softball, bowling and going to the casinos with her husband, they were inseparable.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose M. and Lucy Flores; brother, Jose M. Flores Jr. and sister, Elia Lucio.

She is survived by her husband, Rey Tamez; daughter, Nicole Tamez; son-in law, Scottie Berry; grandchildren, London and Brooklyn Tamez; sister, Delia Reyes as well as numerous family and friends. Diana will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

The Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. A funeral procession will depart at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 for a mass of resurrection at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church on 1147 Cupples Road San Antonio, Texas 78237. Interment to follow after at San Fernando Cemetery No III.
