Demetrio Peña Rodriguez was called home to be with the Lord, on April 22, 2013 at the age of 87. He is preceded in death by parents, brothers, sisters and son James X. Rodriguez. Demetrio is survived by his beloved wife Belen M. Rodriguez, children; David Rodriguez, Alexander Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez (Juanita), Patricia Rodriguez, sister Esperanza Velasquez, brother Concepcion Rodriguez and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A visitation will begin, Thursday, April 25, 2013, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Friday, April 26, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery No. 3.
