Deborah "Debbie" Carter Mcfarland

Deborah “Debbie” L.C. McFarland was born May 5, 1954 and died August 4, 2011 in Houston, TX. She worked at Aetna L & C, Southwest Research Institute, Benefit Planners Inc. and Healthnet Tri-Care at RAFB. Debbie served on the Live Oak City Council for 2 years and was a member of the Daughters of the American Resolution (NSDAR).

She loved the church, county, and family. Debbie was loved by all those knew her and there will never be a more caring and loving person placed in the world. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sid and Mildred Carter and in-laws, Gerard and Lorraine McFarland; Debbie is survived by her loving husband, John J. “Mac” McFarland; sister, Gwen Brooks & husband Gator of St. Louis, MO; aunts, Sandra Carter of Houston, TX and Barbara English of New Braunfels, TX.

A Rosary will be recited at St. Pius X Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 11, 2011 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Sunset Mausoleum #1.
