
David Maynard Turner, age 68, passed away January 31, 2004, in San Antonio, TX. Born in Seattle, WA, he received his BA, MBA and CPA license, worked for Ernst & Ernst and began an illustrious career in healthcare accounting, which took him to Dayton and Cleveland, OH, and Chicago, IL.
Dave then pursued various independent consulting ventures moving with his beloved wife, Mary Ann Moore to Hawaii, Washington D.C., Costa Mesa, CA., and Chattanooga, TN. His most recent service was as CFO for Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corp. of San Antonio, TX. His loving wife, Mary Ann, will miss his joy in birding and gourmet foods.
David and his family enjoyed many family vacations together throughout the years. His four children are: Deborah Steve Turner of Yucca Valley, CA, Brenda Tony Huemann of Johnsburg, IL, Marsha Rich Kolb of Libertyville, IL. and Douglass Maynard Angie Turner of Chattanooga, TN. David's ten grand children, Sierra, A J, Laura, Marcus, Ricky, Donald, Peter, Alison, Erika and Douglass will all remember his love of spectator sports, music and his delightful humor.
Missing conversations over crossword puzzles and opera is his big sister, Annette Marsland of Raleigh, NC. His family, numerous friends, and Sig Ep brothers will
smile as they remember Dave's great mind and sense of humor.
