My deepest condolences to your family at David's passing. David was my first boss after I graduated and moved to San Antonio in 2003.
He hired me as a Software Developer at Trinity Millennium Group, where I worked for a year. I had great memories of that first year out of college, as a budding developer learning all things application modernization. 
There were only three people in the company at the time - Mike Milner, Stand Dommert, David and myself.
Trinity had just gone through a downsizing post the millennium bug years.
I remember David used to drive a truck and would be helping out people every time someone needed help to move, or jump start their batteries, which would be quite frequent :)
I didn't own a car at the time, and he would sometimes give me a ride to my apartment.
He took great pride in his work, and once showed me some charts and tools that he mentioned he had kept as memory from his father.
One of the great memories of that year was him or Dr Gutzman (who was partner at Trinity), giving me tickets to go watch Spurs. I think I watched Spurs play at least three times, and on one of those games, David, Mike, Stan and Doc joined as well.

Deepest condolences to the Garza family. I had the pleasure of working with David. We were partners. Traveling in Canada to drive business. I laugh about a particular cold day in Regina where we both got a brain freeze while walking outside. We quickly bought toques.

I first met David in Oct. 4, 2023 in a 1-hour interview for an adjunct position to teach psychology. I was so much impressed with his self-confidence, humility, and good nature that I truly looked forward to work with him.  It is rare to meet someone like David and I was fortunate to have met him. It was just a few short weeks ago we fished together. It was a beautiful day, the fish were happy, which in turn made David happy. I'm glad we had that day together and I will never forget it. One crazy memory I have of us is getting caught by Aunt Mary Lou when I was over for a sleep over. Teenagers smoking in his room blowing the smoke out the window. She was not happy! Dear Garza Family,

Very saddened by this news and condolences to the whole family. My very first job in the United States was with Trinity Millennium Group in San Antonio and he gave me an offer on the day of the interview. He believed in me and trusted me to give presentations with clients. He was very knowledgeable and had hunger to grow and learn new technologies. I think I will remember him forever as my first boss.

David's passing saddens me to know end. Him and I became friends at least 15 years ago when I was at Gartner and he owned Trinity Millenium Group. Unlike many of the people at the vendors I covered, David and I connected and became good friends. I will miss his knowledge and his sense of humor! You have my deepest condolences.

I was sorry to hear of David’s death. We were neighbors for years on Bowman Ridge. There were many hours of watching Vanessa, Renee, and Andrew playing on the cul-de-sac.   The Fry and Garza parents spent hours watching the kids and visiting. I know how much you will miss his presence in your lives.
