David Lee Bartlett, age 67, went to be with the Lord on November 15, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on March 1, 1947 in Muncie, IN. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a MSGT and was a First Degree Knights of Columbus member. David was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burton S. & Betty Bartlett. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Bartlett; 2 sons, Russell Bartlett & wife Aimee and Robert Bartlett & wife Sabra; and 11 grandchildren, Brian, Morgan, Gregory, Elizabeth, Bella, Lilly, Matt, Paige, Brendan, Bailey and Cera.
Visitation will be 6 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2014 with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The Graveside Service will be 9:15 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Full Air Force Honors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any Catholic Charity of one’s choice.
