It is with heavy hearts and a mix of laughter and tears that we say goodbye to our Coltin who was taken from us far too soon. While our hearts ache, let us celebrate the vibrant and joyous life he lived in his short time with us. Coltin had an infectious smile and spirit that could light up and room, not to mention dimples that could let him get away with just about anything. His quick wit, laughter and kindness brought so much joy to everyone lucky enough to cross his path. Coltin was born in San Marcos, Texas to loving parents Theresa and Daniel, and attended Devine High School. He went on to join the Army where he faithfully and honorably served as an indirect infantryman. He graduated basic combat training at Ft Benning Georgia, and was assigned to 2-22 infantry battalion 1st BCT combat Mountain division, Ft Drum, NY. During this time he completed a tour to Afghanistan where he earned his combat infantry badge as well as his air assault badge and expert infantryman badge. Coltin had a huge impact on the courage battalion living truly by their motto "Deeds not Words" Coltin had a passion for helping others, no matter if it was a vehicle that needs to be fixed , or babysitting his nieces and nephews. He loved to tinker on his vehicles, never satisfied, always wanting to make them better. He loved being silly, sometimes mischievous, and making ever one around him smile. He had a passion for cooking and studied how to perfect smoking brisket which he shared with the whole neighborhood. He and his wife enjoyed road trips, truck karaoke, and endless silly selfies. He had a way with words usually replying to complex issues with "OOOF". Coltin is survived by his wife Hannah, loving parents Theresa, Daniel, Margaret and Ralph. Step parents, Ronnie and Pam. Brothers, William, Brayden and Tyce, Sister Mallory. His beloved dog that only he could love, Oakley. Aunts, uncles, Cousins grandparents. Coltin was loved by many, many, more than can be mentioned here. While our hearts are broken, and we cherish all our memories Coltin will always be with us, and he would want us to smile.
