Clifford Raymond Nelson, age 89, passed away July 25, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 11, 1924 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Carl and Tille (Dolzin) Nelson. Clifford was a WWII Army Veteran and worked later at Kelly A.F.B.
He is survived by his wife Mary Louise Nelson;2 children, Deborah A. Wennermark and Carl Nelson; grandchildren, Chris Wennermark, Kirsten Freeman, Amber Wolff, Ashley Nelson and Azure Nelson; great-grandson, Aiden Freeman. A funeral rosary will be recited at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 6907 Kitchener Road, San Antonio, Texas 78240, with a funeral mass to follow at 11:30 A.M. the same day. Interment will follow at 1:30 P.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with U.S. Army honors.
