Clarence Lee Conner

Clarence Lee Conner (Miller), was born on August 20, 1935 in Itasca, Texas. She entered rest Sunday, June 7, 2015. Clarence was a faithful member of Sanford Chapel and served as a choir member and Communion Steward.

Clarence worked as a Registered Nurse until she departed this life. Her moto was, “you have to take care of the patient”. She was known for her commitment to providing excellent, compassionate care for all those she served.

Clarence was preceded in death by her parents, John and Zelma Miller; her sister, Edith Joy Mickey; and her brother, Robert Lewis Miller.

She leaves to celebrate her life her devoted son, Reginald Haynes (Pam); sister, Amy A. Perkins; brother, William N. Miller; 2 grandchildren, Reginald and Ryan Haynes; and 4 great-grandchildren. Clarence will always be remembered for her loving, kind spirit and as a person who always had an encouraging word for you no matter the circumstance.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Friday, June 12 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Sanford Chapel UMC, 900 Lombrano, San Antonio, TX 78207. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
