Charles Oliver Watson

a happy man, always enjoyed doing whatever it was that he was doing. He truly whistled while he worked. He took pride in doing things right at work and at home with his family. He gave all and would have given more if he could. We miss his smile and his jokes greatly. He was a member of the IBEW Local Union No.60 for 55 years and served in The Air Force Reserves for 9 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Orin Toutan Watson and Ilene Baker Watson. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Rose Larance Watson, 2 sons, Donald Watson, wife, Sheri, Barry Watson, wife, Rebecca and 4 grandchildren, Toutan Watson, fiancé, Lauren Lanciault, Shelby Watson, Wilson Parker Watson, William Peter Watson, 1 step-grandson, Daniel Cooper, wife, Shalynna and 1 sister, Helon Watson Loep. He is also survived by 5 sisters-in-laws, Barbara Rouse, husband Homer, Era Jacks, Ann Elsworth, husband, Jerry, Cecelia Darnell and Vicki Lopez and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home on 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
