He is survived by mother, Rosie Perez (Lee Bucklelw); father, Dean Legnon; brother, John Legnon
(Valerie); Uncle Freddy and Aunt Grace Cruz, Uncle David (Patty), Uncle Eddie, Uncle Johnny (Dawn); children, Julian Jimenez (Victoria), Christina Legnon, numerous aunts, uncles, friends and family. Charles is proceeded by his grandmother. He is loved and missed by all.

A rosary service will occur Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218. A committal service will occur Friday, September 3, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218.
