Charles Arambula, beloved husband, father and grandfather, entered into eternal rest on February 11, 2012, at the age of 83. He was born in Bison, Oklahoma, to parents Francisco and Casimira Arambula, on November 19, 1928. Charles was a member of the National Social Workers Society for over 30 years and he proudly served our country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Casimira; brothers, Joaquin and Manuel; and sister Henrietta. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Belia Arambula; sons Frank Rene Arambula and his wife Martha, and Paul Arambula and his wife Grace; grandchildren, Daniela, Aaron, Andrew, Gabriela, Sarah and Adrian Arambula; brother, Joe Arambula and his wife Nora; and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. The family will receive friends at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on Monday, February 20, 2012, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 8:45 a.m. for a 9:15 Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 159 Camino Santa Maria.
