Cesar Samuel Lopez born on March 1,1939 in San Antonio, Texas went to be with our Lord on December 4, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Trinidad Lopez and Jovita Arena Galvan; brothers, Thomas M. Lopez, Carlos Galvan III and Trinidad Lopez III. He is survived by his beloved wife, Guadalupe A. Lopez; daughter, Romelia Lopez; two grandsons, Adrian J. Sotello and Nicholas A. Urrabazo and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Lopez had a love for all sports including his passion to support the local San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys on any given game day, but he always took the time to relax and enjoy fishing. He will be truly missed by family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cuppels Rd. San Antonio, Texas 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. A Mass will be celebrated at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church at 9:00a.m. with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
