She is preceded in death by her mother, Ramona Rodriguez; aunt, Emilia Brooks; brother, Enrique Zavala Jr.; She is survived by her husband, Genaro Zavala; children, John Timothy Loera, Mark Anthony Loera, Desteny Selena Zavala; father, Enrique Rodriguez; brother, Henry Rodriguez; sisters, Nancy Rodriguez, Linda Garza, and Arlene Tey. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. John Berchman's Catholic Church.
